RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for STORE CREDIT ONLY or exchange the item for something of equal or lesser value. Returns must be made in store within 14 Business Days from the date you purchased it and with a receipt. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original tags or packaging.
Please be sure to have your receipt info with you upon returning your item.
*Not eligible for return: Discount or Sale Items, Prices ending in .99, Daily Deals, Pre-Orders, Jewelry, Makeup, Undergarments, Hats, Glasses & Sunglasses, Scarves, Accessories of any kind and Food.
All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package your intent to return. Once we are notified then you have 7 days to get the package back to Dollhouse Boutique (10 total days from the time you received your package). Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it or you will not be credited. We will not take returns if there is perfume, smoke or pet hair on the items no exceptions.

If you check out without using a discount code or swipe to purchase items by mistake we are not responsible for your mistake. You will only receive STORE CREDIT minus a 15% restocking fee.
STORE PICK UP/RETURN ALLOWANCE: You have 5 DAYS to pick up your order (Tues-Sat) and in that time frame you must decide if you are keeping your items. So you have 5 days to return from the date we fulfilled your order. If you pick up outside of that time frame and need to return you will not be eligible. PLEASE PICK UP IN A TIMELY FASHION.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact cs.dollhouseboutiquebykim@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS
*Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.
No exceptions outside of our return policy can now be made.
