EXCHANGE POLICY

YOU MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM FOR EXCHANGE.  YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO THEN SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO ME. {10 total days to get the exchange done, 3 to contact, 7 to ship.} NO CASH REFUNDS. ALL EXCHANGES ARE FOR STORE CREDIT THAT MUST BE USED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ISSUE DATE. BY PURCHASING AN ITEM FROM MY WEB STORE OR LIVE SALE YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS. 
• Once I receive the return, I will reject the following: Items without tags if they were shipped with one, items that smell of smoke or in unsalable condition and ITEMS PAST THE POLICY FOR RETURN DATE. Items that are on clearance or more than 20% off are FINAL SALE.
• I will contact you if you fall into the no return category to collect the cost of shipping to get the items back to you. If I hear nothing or you do not pay your invoice the items will be donated. 
I will not able making any exceptions.
